人材にお困りな企業様に「日系人材の勧め」

昨今、相談件数が最も多い案件が、日系人材に係る相談及び御依頼が最も多くなりました。

更に法人企業様からの相談案件の最も多い内容が、社員に係る問題であり、近年はそのほとんどが人材不足に関するものです。

当団体は2009年以来、フィリピン、ベトナム、ネパール、バングラディシュと文化交流を初めとして長年関わってきた関係/人脈/経験を基に、独自の招聘ノウハウが画一されており、特にフィリピンではファンデーション(慈善団体、日系人会)との繋がりや連携を持ち、設立以来14年余り複数の日系人を我が国に招聘して参りました。

そのため特にフィリピンでは日系人の最も多い地区(ミンダナオ島ダバオ市役所との交流を深め現在では揺るぎの無い信頼関係で協力体制を築き上げました。

フィリピンは急速な経済発展を遂げていますが、フィリピン側で日系人材に係る事業を日本の企業がフィリピン国とビジネスライクに事を進めることは容易ではありません。

ビジネス相手国としては難しい国のひとつです。

長年の信頼関係がなければ日比ビジネスは困難です。

しかし当団体はフィリピン国及び現地エージェントとの信頼関係の基、各日本(会員)企業様からの要請に伴い、日系人材の招聘、及び健全な国際交流及び国際結婚(お見合い)相手の御紹介、互いの国の人(親族)探し、アジア各国での支店登記のお手伝い等、各専門家と連携し、組織として微力ながらさまざまなお手伝いをさせて頂いております。

Since 2009, the organization has been involved in cultural exchange with the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Nepal, and Bangladesh for many years, and has its own invitation know-how, especially in the Philippines, with connections and collaborations with foundations (charitable organizations and Nikkei Associations), and has invited several Japanese-Americans to Japan for more than 10 years since its establishment.

For this reason, we have deepened our exchange with Davao City Hall, Mindanao Island, especially in the Philippines, and built up a cooperative system with an unwavering relationship of trust.

The Philippines is experiencing rapid economic development, but it is not easy for Japanese companies to promote business related to Japanese human resources in the Philippines in a business-like way with the Philippines.

Based on the relationship of trust between the Philippine organization and agents, in accordance with requests from Japanese (member) companies, we cooperate with various experts, such as inviting Japanese human resources, introducing healthy international marriages (arranged marriages), finding people from each other' countries (relatives), and helping to register branches in Asian countries, and we provide a variety of assistance as an organization.
